The mission of Kids Playing For Kids is to enrich the lives of seriously ill children by having them participate to the extent possible in traditional youth sporting activities.  In furtherance of that mission, Kids Playing For Kids promotes itself, its programs, and its participating children and families on the internet and in the community.  This promotion includes seeking sponsors and charitable donations of time, money and materials.  In exchange for participating in the program, Kids Playing For Kids asks that parents sign this release, which gives Kids Playing For Kids the right to use pictures and videos of the participating children and their families in its promotional efforts. 

As such, in consideration of being allowed to participate in the Kids Playing For Kids program and related events and activities, the undersigned hereby gives Kids Playing for Kids, its assigns, licensees, and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use their and their child’s name and image in all forms of media and in all manners for advertising, promotion, solicitation or any other lawful purpose.  The undersigned further waive their right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, which may be created in connection with the use of their or their child’s name or image.
